The culture of bamboo dishes

Bamboo has a wide range of uses in the life, especially being used in many food. Food made of bamboo are particularly loved by the people  for  its freshness and sweetness.

 Bamboo shoot is the directest food. Succulent delicious bamboo shoots  with crisp taste and rich in fiber is the good raw of material    in  strew. To  add bamboo shoots  into Chinese yam soup or stew in the Diets  can not only enhance the taste, but also wipe off  oil, making soups  so light and delicious. If adding  bamboo shoots into the grass-roots soup, shoots can remove the terrible smell of grass-rootswhich will make  the general root soup   become a vivid grass-roots soup . Bamboo shoots and many other food can also  be cooked together, for example, Mixed sliced Bamboo shoot, hot and sour Bamboo shoot, caraway shoots  and so onAll of them are tasty delicacies.

The good  smell of  bamboo leaves smell also does a good job to condiments. Place the rice wrapped by bamboo leaves to be steamed, and aroma  of  the  bamboo leaves can be steamed out. This dish is known as bamboo leaves rice, just like the lotus leaf rice, to attract customers by aroma. There are similar way to cook  rice with the use of  thick bamboo tube.So, thick bamboo tube rice is called. Bamboo tube rice essentially  has a heavier smell  than bamboo leaves, and  much more  people like to combine other things into the rice, such as carrots, scallops, mushrooms, etc. However, it still makes its special flavor outstanding. Steamed bamboo leaves rice turns to have a light and delicious flavor, while bamboo tube rice is heavy in taste . No matter what they are , they  are  still  very popular food.

 Secondly, when people brew wine,they also like to use bamboo leaves. The fragrance of bamboo leaves is the major factor.
